The Candy Cabin – Return & Refund Policy

At The Candy Cabin, we’re all about making your day sweeter. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
 

Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on edible items for safety and hygiene reasons. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food and confectionery products

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)
     

Refunds & Replacements
If your request is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
 

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as we aim to prepare and dispatch sweets quickly.

Allergy & Storage Disclaimer
Please read product descriptions carefully for allergen information. The Candy Cabin is not responsible for issues arising from allergies or improper storage once the order has been delivered.
