At The Candy Cabin, we take great care to ensure your sweets arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Orders placed before 1pm will be sent the same day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!

Local Delivery / Collection
We may offer local delivery or collection for nearby customers. Details and availability will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your sweets on their journey.

Packaging & Care
We carefully package all items to protect them during transit. In warmer weather, we may use protective packaging to help prevent melting, but we cannot guarantee that temperature-sensitive items will not be affected during delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Candy Cabin is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers or external factors. If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. If you still need assistance, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help.
